| When people come to tour property with their
wish-list in hand, I sometimes have to smile. A couple of sport
fishing buddies looking towards retirement might say – “Well,
something with a couple of bedrooms where with a couple of baths,
and I guess an extra bedroom too- for guests or an ‘office’. Also a
good modern kitchen with room to really cook…. That’d be essential.
If it had a back entry for bringing the fish in for cleaning and
maybe a large utility room to store the ice chests and bait
freezer…with a laundry area…that would all be great…and a patio to
BBQ the catch – with a view of the bay of course...you know, a place
to watch sunset over Golfito. Oh yah, and a place to keep the boat
on the trailer that’s not too far from the launch ramp …with storage
for the truck. That’ll save marina fees when we’re not here.
Actually, if it was in the same neighborhood or convenient to the
Marinas that’d be perfect….And please, let’s make sure it’s well
constructed – something on the newer side. You know; sound and
secure because we’ll only be here part time and would rather not
deal with a caretaker when gone or a lot of maintenance when here..
And can something like that be found here in the Golfito town
center…walking distance to the restaurants markets and bars…but
still private, of course???!!”
Well, if you’ve been to Golfito you know I’m smiling ear to ear
right now. That’s a TALL order to fill as a homes fitting that
description are few and far between”. But here we have it, folks!

bath home with air conditioning throughout, a roof top patio and

in Pueblo Civil of Golfito. Asking $195,000.
